Yvonne began her career as a Marketing Manager for a small high street law firm and in 2002 set up her own panel management business. It was during this time she developed a passion for technology and created her own panel management software that enabled estate agents and mortgage brokers to generate quotes and track the progression of their cases. Over the next decade, she watched the number of panel managers enter the market at an alarming rate – taking conveyancing work away from the solicitors and squeezing their profits to a minimum. As a result, Yvonne developed Perfect Portal (formally known as ePlus247) the conveyancing sales management solution that enables solicitors to tackle panel managers head on and regain their independence.
Outside of the office, Yvonne enjoys socialising with family and friends.
Stephen is the Chairman of the InfoTrack Group of Companies, which includes Perfect Portal. Managing an impressive portfolio of global businesses sees Stephen work tirelessly to uphold his aggressive growth strategies, enhance his commitment to delivering operational excellence and support his never-failing dedication to customer focus. With a successful and accomplished career spanning in excess of 28 years across the Australian ICT industry, his ability to articulate and share his visions fosters high-performance company cultures that are results-driven.
Stephen is a well-rounded leader with highly developed sales and operational skills who understands how to get the best out of his employees. His focus on growth and innovation motivates his teams, and his infectious drive and determination are the fuel for the continued expansion of the InfoTrack Group of Companies.
Andy has been with Perfect Portal since the beginning focussed on the operational aspects of the business. Having seen the growth in both the UK and Australian businesses, his passion is ensuring clients have as much support as they need, and feels a sense of satisfaction when clients’ conveyancing work increases. Andy is active in working on future enhancements to the Perfect Portal system alongside the development team.
When not in the office, Andy thoroughly enjoys socialising with family and friends, watching as much sport as he can and even getting involved on the action by playing squash.
Sattu brings over 9 years of experience to Perfect Portal with a background in strategic marketing, leadership and business development from her previous roles in Canada. She is particularly passionate about using technology as a driver in business growth in the global marketplace.
Outside work, Sattu enjoys spending her time travelling, painting and socialising with her family and friends.
Key Account Manager
Christine has been working in the proptech industry since 2011 with both solicitors and estate agents. With a keen understanding of the issues and dynamics of modern conveyancing, she is passionate about helping law firms seize opportunities utilising future-tech.
When she is isn’t in the office, Christine enjoys keeping up to date with current affairs, walking and listening to music.
Business Development Manager
James offers over 10 years of experience with professional services businesses with a wealth of knowledge of introducing technology within legal services. His passion to work with firms to reduce the burden of arduous manual processes sees him actively encourage engagement with technology in the legal industry.
Away from the office, James is an avid rugby union fan and squash player, but spends most of his time on the side-lines at his children’s sporting clubs.
Client Success Manager
Laura graduated from Salford University with a Degree in Psychology and Criminology. She has worked within the legal industry for over 4 years, holding roles in sales and lettings negotiator. She is determined and passionate in helping her clients achieve success.
Outside of work, Laura works alongside young offenders and troubled young people to help them reach their potential. She also enjoys going to the gym, watching live boxing and travelling with family.

Robyn has 8 years of experience within the legal industry. She worked as a Conveyancer at a law firm, where she handled complex caseloads from instruction to completion. Her industry and conveyancing knowledge helps her in supporting all her clients with their challenges. With a keen interest in client care, Robyn is passionate about ensuring firms capture potential clients from the outset and nurture the relationship.
Outside of work, Robyn is a fitness enthusiast with a great passion for the outdoors and loves to spend her weekends away with family and friends.
