At quote stage, estimated commercial property search costs are automatically populated using postcode data, with search packs pulling directly from your configured settings. If limited property details are available, estimated search packs provide early cost visibility. Once instructed, digital ID Verification, Source of Funds checks and Digital Forms powered by eCOS are delivered to the Perfect Portal app. Search orders are placed within your case management system, ensuring final commercial search costs remain fully accurate.
