Perfect Portal wins Legal Supplier of the Year

Thursday 12th March was a night to remember. Perfect Portal was named Legal Supplier of the Year at the British Conveyancing Awards 2026, hosted by Today’s Media at the grand Manchester Cathedral.

But for us, this award represents far more than a moment of celebration. It marks a point in time where something we’ve believed for years is finally being recognised by the industry.

Recognition that’s been a long time coming

For a long time, we’ve known what we have at Perfect Portal is special. Not just in terms of technology, but in what that technology enables - better experiences for clients, more efficient ways of working for firms, and a platform that genuinely supports the evolving needs of the legal sector.

This award is a reflection of that and a signal that the market is starting to see what Perfect Portal is truly capable of. Because at its core, Perfect Portal has never been about ticking boxes or following the status quo. It’s about building something that meaningfully improves how firms operate and how clients experience legal services.

And that’s exactly what this recognition represents.

And a special mention to InfoTrack UK, our parent company, for winning Innovator of the Year - a fantastic achievement and a testament to the continued innovation happening across the wider group.

Looking ahead: a year of evolution

While this award reflects what we’ve achieved so far, our focus is firmly on what comes next. 2026 is a year of reflection, evolution and ambition for Perfect Portal.

We’re taking a step back to look at everything we offer - how it works, how it’s experienced, and how it can be even better aligned with what law firms truly want and need.

That means were focused on refining and enhancing our platform, listening more closely to our clients and engaging more directly with firms across the sector.

You’ll see us doing more of this in the months ahead - from hosting roundtables to gather insight and feedback, to spending more time with firms in person, understanding their challenges and opportunities first-hand.

Because building the best product doesn’t happen in isolation - it happens through collaboration.  

We also have a major launch coming towards the end of spring, which we can’t wait to share more about!
