The vision, determination and drive behind Perfect Portal

After many years working within and alongside law firms, Yvonne developed a deep understanding of the operational pressures shaping client experience and new business processes. In 2014, she founded ePlus247, later evolving into Perfect Portal, and led the company as CEO until 2025. Her creativity, determination and bold leadership continue to influence our vision today.

KEY MILESTONES

The journey that shaped Perfect Portal today

Where it all began

Perfect Portal began in Southport, founded by Yvonne with a part-time developer and a clear mission. Originally called ePlus247, the platform focused on capturing early client data and solving inefficiencies in law firms. Small team, big ambition – and the foundations of something much bigger.

A new name, bigger plans

Towards the end of the year, LEAP acquired ePlus247 and rebranded it as Perfect Portal. With 19 UK clients and expansion plans into Australia, momentum was building. What started as a focused solution was quickly becoming an international platform.

Integrations and international growth

The first LEAP integration launched early in the year, followed by an InfoTrack integration for searches and our first Australian sale. The development team expanded, and by year end, Perfect Portal was supporting hundreds of firms and users across the UK and Australia.

Scaling with purpose

Web calculators launched, new regions were added and V2 of the LEAP integration went live. Custom lead sources gave firms more flexibility, and quote volumes surged – generating over 160,000 quotes that converted into more than 50,000 matters.

Refinement and recognition

A full rebrand introduced a new logo and website, while SMS, automated reminders, client reviews and enhanced dashboards went live. Integrations expanded, awards followed and client numbers continued to climb across both the UK and Australia.

The client app era

The branded client app launched, transforming communication with chat and document sharing. Perfect Portal also became part of the InfoTrack business, aligning closely with their eCOS onboarding product – a natural step given how seamlessly the platforms worked together. Custom key stages enhanced onboarding, global quotes surpassed one million, and major award wins followed.

Built to scale

New integrations with ReviewSolicitors and Reapit strengthened the ecosystem, and the Automation Centre went live. Despite global challenges, quote volumes exceeded one million in a single year – proof the platform was built for resilience and scale.

Awards and acceleration

Payments on account and website widgets enhanced the client journey, while panel manager integrations broadened connectivity. Award wins recognised the team’s innovation, and quote volumes climbed towards two million as branded apps continued to grow.

Greater visibility, faster results

Integrations expanded with Search Acumen and InfoTrack’s eCOS, while reporting tools and Smartforms evolved. Client numbers rose again, branded apps increased and global quote volumes passed 2.6 million.

Interactive dashboards and a Kanban-style lead view improved conversion management, while the development team expanded further. Firms continued setting payment-on-account speed records – proving efficiency was becoming the new standard.

Expanding the ecosystem

New integrations, including Osprey and P4W launched, alongside website plugins and enhanced intake forms. Automation continued to improve speed and consistency, with firms competing to break payment-on-account records once again.

Intelligence meets automation

Campaign tracking, AI reports and AI summaries marked the next evolution. Integrations with Smokeball and Actionstep expanded compatibility, the Automation Centre was enhanced and consultancy became part of the model – setting the stage for the future.

In 2026, our focus is clear – refining our product to deliver even greater value for law firms and their clients. Through open roundtables and honest conversations with our customers, we’re shaping Perfect Portal around real-world needs. By working more closely with our partners and wider group, we’re building a more connected, intelligent platform that supports firms today and evolves with them tomorrow.
